White Willow Bark
Naturally contains salicin, which is similar to aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid). In combination with the herb's powerful anti-inflammatory plant compounds (called flavonoids), salicin is responsible for the pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory effects of the herb.*relieves muscle pain & reduces inflammation.
Arnica is actually one of my recommended natural remedies for delayed onset muscle soreness or DOMS. Sprains, bruises, and swelling due to fractures.
